I have acted in high-profile cases and represented well-known individuals across the full spectrum of serious crime, including murder, serious violence, sexual offences, complex fraud, drug supply and importation, firearms, robbery and major organised-crime conspiracies involving EncroChat evidence.
Motoring offences
Motoring law is a specialist and highly technical area in which I have considerable experience. I deal with all motoring offences, including drink and drug driving, dangerous and careless driving, speeding, driving without insurance or while disqualified, failing to provide a specimen, failing to identify a driver and mobile-phone offences. I also represent clients facing disqualification, including totting-up cases, exceptional-hardship applications and special-reasons arguments.
Appeals and case reviews
I advise on appeals against conviction and sentence where there is a proper legal basis for a challenge, whether the decision was wrong in law or the sentence was excessive.
